Intro to Autocross

Our Intro to Autocross is focused on creating an environment for Novices to get started in a non-competitive environment and learn the basics of Autocross. Our goal is to create the best environment for someone new coming in.  Low pressure, with lots of seat time. We want to ensure a positive first event for someone new to the sport!

The focus of Intro to Autocross is how to read, work, and drive on an Autocross course. Typically, we have three of these events during the season.  After you complete Intro to Autocross, we encourage you to join the SCCA and sign up for our regular Points (competitive) events. To help get you motivated, we discount your first event after taking Intro by 50%!  Additionally, for your first few events (minimum 3) you can run in our Rookie class, where you will only compete against other new drivers with less than a year of Autocross experience.  It’s a great way to get started and have fun with cars!
